June 17 - Cross Fit
Thursday, June 17, 2010 at 8:53AM Basic exercise class today - focused on the push jerk. Great class and great training. I hit a PB on the push jerk with Heather's help.
Warm up
- Shoulder stretches
- 10 push ups
- 10 pull ups
- 10 med ball cleans
Workout
Lost of exercises on the push jerk and breaking the exercise down.
10 minutes to set a 3 rep max
- 95lbs
- 105 lbs
- 115 lbs
- 125 lbs
- 135 lbs
- 145 lbs (new max for 3 rep and 1 rep)
- Total weight moved: 2,160
Good workout, but my shoulders are sore.
